Our factory trained service technicians work on all brands of clinical microscopes. We have technicians on staff who are factory trained by Nikon, Olympus, and Leica. We've been in business since 1969 and provide competitive pricing for our customers. We work with hospitals, laboratories, and clinics to help them meet the CDC guidelines and the AHCA CLIA guidelines for Provider Performed Microscope (PPM) procedures for Non-Waived labs.
We provide on-site microscope repair, preventative maintenance for our customers throughout Florida and South Georgia.
Hospitals: We work with hospital laboratory managers and biomed departments to keep their entire microscope inventory in CAP/CLIA and AHCA compliance. Each microscope is stickered and serviced on a regular basis. Calibration of eyepiece micrometers for your lab can be added to our standard service. We accept purchase orders and are familiar with hospital vendor good practices. We are verified by Reptrax, Vendormate, and other hospital credentialing services. We are fully insured and work hand in hand with your procurement and accounts payable team.
Please contact us for a quote for annual or biannual service. We are the authorized Nikon repair center for the state of Florida. Our current hospital customer roster includes AdventHealth, Baycare, and Shands.
A digital microscope report will be provided at the end of each service. This document in conjunction with our stickers will help your lab come inspection time.
Colleges: We work with colleges and universities in our home state of Florida to keep their microscope inventory in top notch condition for their students. We provide on-site cleaning and calibration for classroom microscopes. Our current customers include University of Florida, University of Miami, and University of Central Florida.
Veterinary Clinics: We provide competitive pricing for our DVM customers. There are no travel charges for veterinary clinics who take advantage of our regularly scheduled maintenance programs. Our DVM customers are also entitled to discounts on new Nikon microscope packages.
